Open Box Policy
What is an open box?
An "open box" is a unique form of shopping specific to the crystal/mineral industry. Open Boxes are available to those who shop our live streams on Instagram. As your shop each live stream, you'll pay for your claimed items but shipping will not be charged until your box is "closed". You can continue to add to your open box over the course of multiple live streams to save on shipping costs.
To start an open box, use the coupon code "OPENBOX" at checkout.
By using the OPENBOX coupon code at checkout, you are agreeing to the below:
- Your purchases are final sale and nonrefundable.
- Shipping costs are not yet included and will be requested at a future date.
- Your purchases will not be shipped until shipping costs are paid.
- If shipping costs are not paid within 24 hours of being requested, you agree to forfeit the items with no refund.
- Open boxes will be closed on the 15th and last day of each month, whichever is sooner.
- We may ask that you close your open box at any point in time if we feel that your box is getting too full.
