The Stone Queen Co. is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items. Purchasing shipping insurance is recommended and can it be found in the "Other Items" section of the website. Any issues with lost, damaged or stolen items will need to be handled directly between the customer and the shipping carriers used. If Route Insurance was purchased, please submit a claim on tbe Route website (https://claims.route.com/).Â
RETURNS
All sales are final, no refunds.Â
OPEN BOXES
By using the "OPENBOX" coupon code, you are agreeing that The Stone Queen Co. will not ship your items until shipping costs have been paid. If a customer holds an open box and does not respond for over 180 calendar days, The Stone Queen Co holds the right to cancel the claims with no refund.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all international orders - import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) might be applied per each country's laws in order for the package to clear customs. Please consult your country's import policies so you are prepared for the charge. Your package will not be released from customs until you pay the import duty fees. In the case that import duty fees are not paid in a timely manner and the package is returned to us, no refund will be provided.
LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM
All points received in the Loyalty Rewards program will expire within 3 months of inactivity in each individual's account. A reminder email notification will go out 14 days prior to points expiration. Points that are expired will not be replenished, it is up to each individual to ensure they use their points before their expiration.
